Saturated salt is used for Water Activity Analyzer AW-1 and AW-Multi daily sensor accuracy inspection and user-calibration. Simply replace its container lid with the lid from Sensor-equipped Sample Container for measurement. Select the saturated salt with water activity closest to that of your product sample and store in the provided container after use.
